Estonian Eurythmy Training Course
You are warmly welcome to our seminar!
„…Man, as a microcosm can be a reflection of the secrets of the larger world, of the entire macrocosm.
Eurythmy… reveals them through the man himself.“
*The aim of the seminar – to create an opportunity in Estonia to obtain the basic education in Eurythmics as a further education alongside main occupation. This is a special one-time opportunity. Usually you would have to complete a full-time training lasting from 4 to 5 years in foreign countries.
*Eurythmy takes three directions. It has an element of beauty, a pedagogical element, and a therapeutical element. The purpose of the course is to work harmonically with all three elements.
*Eurythmics seminar begins on the 8th of January 2021. The course lasts for five and half years. The seminar takes place in Viljandi.
*The graduates receive a diploma recognized by Goetheanum. The seminar is a training initiative created by The Association of Free Estonian Waldorf Schools and Kindergartens and is registered by the Goetheanum’s Section for Performing Arts.
*Completing the course gives the graduate the skill to exercise artistic and pedagogical eurythmy, and the right to teach eurythmy to both children and adults.
*The seminar courses will take place in blocks.
*Our lecturer in charge is Barbara Mraz from Berlin. The mentoring school of the initiative is the Eurythmy West Midlands in Great Britain and the mentoring lecturer will be Rita Kort. There will be many other foreign lecturers involved. From Estonian eurythmists, Epp Vainu, Karmen Püü, and Virgi Ojap will instruct the eurythmy training. The Estonian course instructors will be Karmen Püü and Virgi Ojap.
*The tuition fee for one year is €2000.
*Registration is open until September 15, 2020. Please email completed questionnaire to firstname.lastname@example.org
